Set it aside until ready to serve.Dip a rice paper in a bowl of water until completely covered for 10 seconds, then place on a cutting board. Quickly, add tofu and green onion over the rice paper and fold. Make sure to squeeze and fold tightly to expel any air in the spring rolls.
