Take them out onto a paper towel and set them aside.Next, add about 2 tbsp of cooking oil and minced garlic into the hot wok. Stir and fry for 30 seconds until light golden color, then add the tofu and the sauce. Toss and stir everything together for about 1 minute in medium heat.Add some green onions and stir and toss for another 20 to 30 seconds.Finally, transfer on to a plate and serve with rice and sprinkle chopped green onion to garnish.
